Madilyn Carruthers, Marketing & Creative Coordinator

Madilyn is a creative from Maryville, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she focused on graphic design and advertising.

Her work centers on how brands tell their stories, how they show up visually, and how they connect with the people they’re trying to reach. She is especially interested in the relationship between strategy and storytelling, and how strong creative thinking can shape perception and strengthen brand identity.

Madilyn brings a thoughtful, audience-aware approach to her work, influenced by years of experience in customer-facing environments where understanding people is key. She is driven by curiosity and a desire to keep learning how design and marketing work together to create meaningful, impactful experiences. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys oil painting in her free time and spending time playing video games, both of which serve as creative outlets that keep her inspired and curious.
