We are seeking a results-driven Human Resources and Staffing Manager, just as dedicated to client success, for our agency based in the heart of downtown Maryville, TN. We give our all for our Ripley PR and Orange Orchard clients. We speak up for our clients. We dig deep, get creative, collaborate and innovate. About You

Our ideal Human Resources and Staffing Manager has worked for rapidly growing small businesses. This person has direct experience recruiting and screening employee candidates and can successfully manage all components of human resources to support the agency.

We’re looking for a professional to perform these essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Establish, plan, and execute effective recruitment tools and processes
  • Maintain internal candidate pipeline in anticipation of staffing needs for open positions
  • Post active jobs on select recruiting platforms
  • Review resumes, phone screen and pre-qualify candidates
  • Work with senior management team to actively carry out company policies
  • Write and conduct first drafts of performance reviews in a timely manner
  • Complete and file all new employee documentation
  • Ensure agency policies comply with federal and state law
  • Oversee the maintenance and communication of records required by law
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking ability
  • Occasionally attend industry events and job fairs and represent agency to candidates
  • Respond to unemployment requests
  • Facilitate new employee orientation
  • Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Generate reports as assigned

Education, Certifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 5+ years recruiting in a small business environment
  • Proficient in PC, MS Office
  • Well organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
