From finance to consulting, Bill brings diverse business management and marketing experience to the Ripley PR team and our clients. After owning, operating and later selling a franchise, Bill worked as a Franchise Business Coach for Clockwork Home Services, one of the largest home service franchisors in the country. For almost 7 years, Bill helped franchise owners of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky with operational support and helped them run their businesses more profitably. He later served as a Business Coach for Nexstar Network where he has helped hundreds of independent homes service business owners grow and improve their profitability. Bill has coached small-to mid-sized businesses nationwide — helping them grow through developing and implementing best practices, hiring the best people, pricing correctly and implementing proven marketing strategies.
Bill earned an MBA from Appalachian State University and bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He focuses on leading Ripley PR and our clients into the future through solutions that create a more efficient, savvy and client-centric environment.
